Shipping Policy

At UrbanEdenWorld, we are committed to ensuring your products, whether live plants or home and garden goods, arrive safely and promptly. We partner with multiple trusted suppliers to bring you quality products. Please review the shipping policies below to understand how we handle the processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders.

Processing Time

We process all orders within 2-5 business days. Depending on the supplier, the processing time may vary slightly. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that live plants may be subject to weather-related delays to ensure their safe arrival. We prioritize your plants’ health and may temporarily hold shipments during extreme temperature conditions.

Shipping Carriers & Rates

We use a variety of shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the nature of the items and the supplier's network. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Houseplants: Plants are shipped using insulated packaging with heat or cold packs as needed to ensure they arrive healthy.
  • Non-plant products: Home and garden items are shipped using standard carrier services.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the supplier and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Here are estimated time frames:

  • Live Plants

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
      Shipping may be delayed in extreme weather conditions.
  • Non-Plant Items

    • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days, depending on warehouse locations and carrier availability.

Multiple Shipments

Because our products come from different suppliers, your order may arrive in separate shipments if you’ve ordered multiple items. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Weather-Related Delays for Live Plants

Due to the delicate nature of live plants, we may delay shipments during extreme heat or cold to prevent damage. We will notify you via email if any delay occurs and ship as soon as the weather permits safe transit.

Damaged or Dead Plants

In the rare case that your plants arrive damaged, wilted, or dead, please email us at UrbanEdenWorldSupport@proton.me within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the plants and packaging so we can assess the situation. We will provide a replacement or store credit depending on the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered, UrbanEdenWorld is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We recommend tracking your shipment closely and ensuring someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Due to the fast processing time by our suppliers, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to stop the order from being shipped.
