At Urban Eden World, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below:
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include live plants and gift cards.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
